John brings 25 years of diverse industry experience, is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Asuja eServ Pvt. Ltd. A seasoned entrepreneur, he has successfully founded and managed several businesses in India since the early 2000s.
Throughout his career, Nicolas has been actively involved in multiple industries, with a strong focus on E-Governance and fast-moving, technology-driven projects. His leadership has consistently emphasized innovation and execution in complex operational environments.
In recent years, Nicolas has strategically transformed Asuja’s focus toward building a nationwide infrastructure aimed at delivering customer-centric services across the BFSI and E-Governance domains. His vision is centered on making essential services more accessible and efficient for citizens across India.

Pradeep Kumar – Project Director

As Project Director, he has played a crucial role as a dynamic and driven entrepreneur, leading the execution of Aadhaar Enrolment projects for various banks and government agencies. His leadership has been especially impactful in establishing a strong operational presence across semi-rural and rural districts of India.
With over 18 years of diverse experience in the technical, financial, and e-Governance sectors, he has been deeply involved in the evolving market landscape, consistently steering projects toward growth and success.He has also been instrumental in developing and managing a nationwide dealer network, currently comprising 1,000+ resellers across India, ensuring robust distribution and service delivery capabilities.Under his strategic guidance, the projects have scaled efficiently, contributing meaningfully to India’s digital and financial inclusion goals.

Govind Kumar Singh – Director Services

As Director Services, he has played pivotal role in the company’s growth, and joined 10+ Years at Asuja eServ Pvt.
