John brings 25 years of diverse industry experience, is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Asuja eServ Pvt. Ltd. A seasoned entrepreneur, he has successfully founded and managed several businesses in India since the early 2000s.
Throughout his career, Nicolas has been actively involved in multiple industries, with a strong focus on E-Governance and fast-moving, technology-driven projects. His leadership has consistently emphasized innovation and execution in complex operational environments.
In recent years, Nicolas has strategically transformed Asuja’s focus toward building a nationwide infrastructure aimed at delivering customer-centric services across the BFSI and E-Governance domains. His vision is centered on making essential services more accessible and efficient for citizens across India.
Chandan Kumar Singh – Founder Director
As a Director at Asuja eServ Pvt. Ltd., Chandan has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth as a young entrepreneur, particularly in establishing a retail network for financial and e-Governance services across underserved and remote regions of India.
Since 2012, Chandan has been at the forefront of driving financial inclusion, leading the company’s expansion into semi-rural and rural districts. His efforts have been critical in building Asuja’s presence where access to such services was previously limited.
With over a decade of experience in the technical, financial, and e-Governance sectors, Chandan has been deeply embedded in the market landscape, contributing significantly to Asuja’s vision and long-term strategy.Under his leadership, Asuja eServ has evolved into a diversified service provider, delivering customer-centric solutions in the BFSI and e-Governance domains and making impactful strides in last-mile service delivery.
Kawaldeep Singh – Executive Director
Kawaldeep brings over 30 years of extensive experience in working with a broad spectrum of organizations in India, including Government Departments, PSUs, BFSI institutions, Semi-Government bodies, and private sector companies.
He has held top management positions at leading technology firms such as HCL Infosytems, IDEMIA (Morpho), Iritech Inc., and Suyin Optronics. A key contributor to the Aadhaar UIDAI ecosystem since its inception in 2009, Kawaldeep has played a strategic role in advancing biometric and identity verification technologies across the country.
His domain expertise includes the sales and deployment of Aadhaar Enrolment Kits, biometric authentication devices, tablets, mobile phones for ICDS projects, as well as biometric scanners, desktops, printers, software solutions, and other IT-related products and services.
Additionally, Kawaldeep has successfully led large-scale CCTV surveillance solution projects, further demonstrating his versatility in delivering integrated technology solutions.
Pradeep Kumar – Project Director
As Project Director, he has played a crucial role as a dynamic and driven entrepreneur, leading the execution of Aadhaar Enrolment projects for various banks and government agencies. His leadership has been especially impactful in establishing a strong operational presence across semi-rural and rural districts of India.
With over 18 years of diverse experience in the technical, financial, and e-Governance sectors, he has been deeply involved in the evolving market landscape, consistently steering projects toward growth and success.He has also been instrumental in developing and managing a nationwide dealer network, currently comprising 1,000+ resellers across India, ensuring robust distribution and service delivery capabilities.Under his strategic guidance, the projects have scaled efficiently, contributing meaningfully to India’s digital and financial inclusion goals.
